I couldn’t ask for better group than Effingham Prompt Care. Everyone is genuine carrying. Kristina Berg is my primary doctor. She takes her time, listens to what you have to say and Kristina will discuss options. The help from the front desk to the nurse are great also. They are very caring.

We were traveling and had to stop at Prompt Care first thing in the morning to be able to continue on our trip. Such a fantastic experience all the way around... the friendly receptionist helped me get mom in the door, she is in a wheelchair, the nurses ran labs quickly, and the nicest doctor took care of us. Mom has severe dementia, the whole staff was friendly and kind to mom. Thank you all for your care for our health in such a kind warm hearts. I wish all Prompt and Urgent Care facilities were at least half as nice as Effingham Prompt Care.

Another wonderful visit! The nurse who took my info and vitals was charming and professional and Jackie, as always, was caring, attentive, and simply a delight.

The entire staff at this office is phenomenal. I've been a patient for over a year now and I am so impressed with every visit. Navi is my physician, but everyone there is awesome. I started with hormone replacement therapy with Biote and have since made this my primary care provider. If you're looking for a staff who takes time with you, remembers you and who cares, look no further.

Love Effingham Prompt Care...I wasn't feeling well at all and had my husband take me there....I had no appointment and have never been there but they were extremely efficient and very friendly....got me thoroughly examined and checked out and on my way in less than 45 mins....would highly recommend! Thank you staff!
